Description
The ball bearing extraction sets of the 69 series are used for extracting ball bearings of all types that are seated in a housing and/or on a shaft in trade, industry and workshops. Although the affected ball bearing cannot be reused in this process, the application ensures safety and the intactness of the associated housing or shaft in addition to a low amount of work. The 69 series convinces with its variability; depending on the required bearing ball diameter, three different sets are available, which enable the ideal and adapted use.

Operation
Drill out the ball cage of the damaged ball bearing; this may produce chips
Insert the ball segments of the draw pieces corresponding to the bearing and fix them by turning them through 90 °
Screw the tension bolts into the drawbars and fix them in the crossbar of the extractor
Tighten the pressure spindle of the extractor against the shaft/housing and thus safely extract the ball bearing.
