FEG 20 Series slewing rings from QCB are light-series, flanged, externally-geared rotary bearings designed for compact, weight-efficient rotational positioning applications. The design incorporates a flanged inner ring and an externally toothed outer ring separated by a 20 mm ball set, providing smooth rotation with integrated drive capability.
With a constant section height of 56 mm and metric dimensions, the FEG 20 series offers a lightweight yet structurally efficient solution for light-to-medium duty slewing requirements where moderate loads and limited eccentricity are present.
Construction
Standard bearings incorporate plastic spacers between the rolling elements. Alternative spacer arrangements such as ball spacers, steel or brass spacers, full complement, or caged designs can be supplied for specific application requirements.
All geared slewing rings are manufactured from 42CrMo4 steel to provide enhanced gear strength and durability.
Seals
A land-riding nitrile rubber seal strip is fitted as standard. VITON seals are available on request for higher temperature or aggressive environmental conditions.
Gearing
Standard metric spur gearing with 20° pressure angle and no addendum correction is provided on the outer ring. Suitable mating pinions, gearboxes, and drive units can be specified and supplied. Alternative gear standards, including American inch gearing, can be provided if required.
Lubrication
Bearings are assembled and pre-lubricated with Lithium EP2 grease. Special greases for high/low temperature or food-grade environments can be supplied to order.
Applications
The flanged design reduces bearing mass and simplifies mounting, but also reduces torsional stiffness. These bearings are therefore best suited to light-to-medium duty applications where loads are moderate and eccentricity is limited.

Returns Policy
1. You may return an unused item in new condition unless faulty within 30 days of receipt. Damaged or used goods cannot be refunded.
2. A copy of our returns form must be included with the returned goods.
3. Customers will be responsible for the original and return shipping charges unless our customer service department determines that we are at fault for an order error or product defect. Bearing King will not be responsible for any return item lost in transit.
4. Once we receive the package and the goods are checked, we will refund you by the payment method used when the order was placed.
5. Please allow 3-5 days for your return to be processed or exchange to be sent.
