SKF large induction heater designed for the safe and efficient hot mounting of bearings weighing up to 300 kg.

The TIH 220M/LV uses low-frequency induction to heat bearings evenly, expanding the inner ring for controlled mounting without excessive force. Its advanced electronics provide automatic temperature or time-controlled operation, current regulation, thermal overload protection and automatic demagnetisation.

A sliding main yoke assists with loading and unloading, while folding support arms provide additional stability when heating large-diameter bearings. The remote control incorporates the operating buttons and LED display, allowing the heating cycle to be controlled from a convenient distance.
