SKF extra-large induction heater designed for the safe and efficient hot mounting of bearings weighing up to 700 kg.

The TIH L33/MV combines advanced power electronics with a dual-coil induction system to provide fast, uniform heating of large bearings. Components can be heated horizontally around the induction coil or vertically around the sliding yoke, allowing the bearing to remain in the most convenient orientation for mounting.

Automatic temperature control, time-controlled operation and demagnetisation provide a controlled heating process, while the sliding yoke helps operators position and remove heavy components safely. The robust floor-standing frame includes forklift access for easier transportation around industrial facilities.
